01/ DISCOVERY

Start by getting in touch via our inquiry form, and we’ll schedule a 30-minute virtual consultation call. After establishing if we’re a good fit, I’ll send you a personalized proposal that will outline how we’ll bring your vision to life! We’ll make things official by signing the contract and you’ll pay your deposit.

02/ AESTHETIC DEVELOPMENT

We'll collaborate and share aesthetic vision and curate a mood board of inspirational images that capture your story. As we hone in on defining your colour palette, preferred fonts, and design personality I'll be crafting the optimal layout for your website. You’ll also need to gather and share any other assets required for your project to run smoothly.

03/ DESIGN AND REFINE

This is where it all comes to life! You’ll be presented with your new brand and/or website and we’ll review the first draft together. You'll provide revisions and we’ll fine-tune your website to get everything feeling just right. Any additional services that have been included in your package will also be worked on during this stage.

04/ LAUNCH AND CELEBRATE

Et Voila! Your website is now complete and we’ll start preparing for launch during our Final Walk Through. Your files will be delivered and you’re ready to show off your exquisite new brand and website. Additional support and extended services are always available as you step into this exciting new chapter for your business!

  • My web builder of choice is Squarespace, especially for service-based and small e-commerce brands. For retail brands and those looking for comprehensive e-commerce functionality, Shopify is the gold standard.

    You can expect to pay on average $25-40/month for either of these platforms, but this may vary depending on your specific requirements.

  • Brand and Website projects are typically booked 4-6 weeks in advance. 

    Please note that your project start date is only considered secure after your contract is signed and your deposit is paid.

  • Yes! We’re delighted to offer you a flexible payment plan that suits your needs. We require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your project on our calendar. The remaining balance is typically split into two equal payments (one at the halfway point of the project and the final payment upon completion). Just let us know if you require any accommodations to this and we’ll discuss the best arrangement.

  • Our website design packages include basic copy editing and formatting to ensure your words and design are aligned to make the biggest impact. However, we do not write your content and you will need to have this ready before we start the design process.


    If you don’t already have a copywriter, we highly recommend Nicola Marrison Creative

  • A brand photoshoot is highly recommended and should be refreshed every few years. We’ll provide you with some recommendations depending on your specific needs if you need some help getting started.

    We’ll also complement your brand photoshoot with a carefully curated gallery of stock photos so you can confidently create content that fits your brand identity.
